We would just like to clarify that the option you booked includes the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel, but does not include access to St. Peter’s Basilica. The inclusions of each option are specified during the booking process.
Regarding souvenirs, there are several shops available in and around the Vatican area where visitors can purchase a variety of items.
We hope you nevertheless enjoyed your visit and your time in Rome!

The Vatican Museums and...
The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel were so, so crowded! The skip the line was great, as we didn't have to wait to get in. We found the Viator representative easily enough and he was very helpful in getting us in to the museums. The Sistine chapel was beautiful!

Guide was great but with a small downside
Our tour guide was really very nice; she explained everything clearly and answered our questions. Unfortunately, we lost contact with our group and the guide in the Sistine Chapel because we arrived at the meeting point three minutes late. Although we called the booking office, the guide did not come back for us. Consequently, we had to make our own way to the dome of St. Peter's Basilica and join the queue there. That was a real shame. We later learned that situations like this can indeed happen.

At the same time, we’re sorry that you became separated from the group during the visit. Unfortunately, inside the Vatican Museums and particularly around the Sistine Chapel, where there are large numbers of visitors and specific rules regarding group movement, even a short delay at an agreed meeting point can make it extremely difficult for a guide to return without affecting the rest of the group and the scheduled itinerary.
We completely understand that having to continue independently was disappointing, and we’re sorry this affected an otherwise positive experience.

Perfect
I had the chance to go at a time when no tickets were available. The price is higher than official rate (almost double) but it is still good. Could easily be triple and quadruple, since resellers can choose whatever price range they want. I highly recommend EcoArt travel.

A Must-Do – No Question
A really well-organised tour from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Samantha, our tour guide, was excellent — incredibly knowledgeable and also very friendly. She brought everything to life with her insights and made the experience even more engaging.
We particularly enjoyed visiting the museum and, of course, the Sistine Chapel. The history is absolutely incredible, and the beauty of it all is truly breathtaking.
A fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

Fantastic tour
Our tour guide Marie Laura was fantastic. We had 9.30am tour booked. It was small group. In very hot conditions she made the tour very enjoyable. My 14 and 12year old says it was a highlight of their trip to Rome. Skip the line well worth it in the heat.
