We booked the tour because we wanted someone to get us close to the key sites in Pisa and Florence. Francesco did not disappoint. He first dropped us off at the entrance to the Tower of Pisa complex. Buses were dropping people 20 minutes away. We toured the grounds and we made it to the top of the tower. We quickly shifted to Florence. We stopped to take pictures overlooking downtown. Phenomenal view. He then took us into the city center. Note - cars can only stay in it for 20 minutes. He showed us the pick up point and dropped us off for lampredottos. From there we had affogatos, saw the Original David, the Duomo, open air flea market, wine window and ponte vecchio. Great day and Francesco’s driving allowed us to see everything we wanted to see in both locations. I highly recommend this tour and Francesco!!!

What a great tour! Andre was an excellent driver; very accommodating and helpful. He drove us to Pisa where we parked very close to the Leaning Tower. He then headed to Florence where he took us to a store we had heard about. His lunch recommendation was excellent. Highly recommend this tour and Andre in particular.

Francesco was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He picked us up from our cruise ship right on time and took us to Pisa, where we were able to explore and see the sights before the crowds arrived. From Pisa, he drove us to Florence, stopping along the way at a fantastic panoramic viewpoint where we had a wonderful view over the city. Once in Florence, Francesco drove us around, pointing out the key sights and sharing his extensive knowledge of the city, which was really helpful in planning what we wanted to see. He then dropped us off right in the centre, giving us around five hours to explore Florence at our own pace. At the agreed time, he was there waiting for us and drove us comfortably back to the cruise ship. Francesco was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual throughout the day. The car was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi and bottled water provided, which were lovely touches. We would highly recommend Francesco to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable private driver for a day trip from a cruise ship. He made the whole experience easy, enjoyable and completely stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

Francesco was a great. The car was big, had WiFi, AC and water. He was super flexible with our time and stayed with us later than we originally booked him. Would probably hire him again on my next visit to Tuscany.

Great way to take in Tuscany and Florence. Our driver Francesco was punctual and picked us ip directly from the cruise port. A stop at Pisa first followed by a Winfrey for some wine tasting. We completed the journey we with a few hrs to free roam in Florence. What made this nice was we had a big van with AC and WiFi. Plus we enjoyed learning from Francesco as well! Deff recommend this tour to folks looking to break away from the cruise excursions

The communication with Francesco was outstanding he arranged the tour and vehicle was waiting on time, actually early. Our driver Valerio was very professional, friendly and had a great personality. He knew the shortcuts to park very close in Pisa and Florence. He described all the historical sites and took extra time. I would highly recommend this tour!

Absolutely brilliant tour with Francesco today of Pisa & Florence! He was very knowledgeable, took us to the best spots and was so accommodating. Having limited mobility meant being dropped off so close to the highlights of the city was really helpful! We would totally recommend this tour, thanks for the best day Francesco! 😃

Francisco was a great driver. He arrived on time to pick us up at the port, and drove us to wherever we wanted to go, narrating along the way. Car was very comfortable and included water for us. He waited for us at all of our stops and was available for assistance when we needed him. He was very knowledgable and friendly and we would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to experience Tuscany with a local.

Our tour guide was waiting for us right when we got off the ship. Our guide had a sign with our name on it so he was easy to find. If you can choose, Francesco was the best. Would highly recommend
