Our guide was excellent, Roberto went above and beyond for our group.
Alberto was absolutely fabulous! He was extremely knowledgeable and made our excursion to Florence and Pisa both enjoyable and stress-free. He was very accommodating to our family’s needs, and having car seats already provided for our two young children was greatly appreciated. From the moment I booked through Viator, communication was excellent. They reached out right away, and every time I had a question, I received a prompt and helpful response. We had a great day in Florence and Pisa. Our driver, Leonardo, was so friendly and waiting for us on time, as we had scheduled. We were taken to Florence, and they helped us get last-minute tickets to see David, which we appreciated. Then we walked around and enjoyed the city before heading to Pisa. I would highly recommend this company for their friendliness and trustworthiness.
Our driver/guide Emanuel was great. He brought us to Pisa and Firenze with some additional beautiful stops along the way. We had lunch in a restaurant where we had amazing authentic Italian food.
Leo was amazing! We saw so many places, had time to shop, and he helped us find a great leather shop. We will definitely book again next time we are in Italy!

We booked a one-day private tour of Pisa and Florence with Gianmaria and it was absolutely amazing. Gianmaria suggested we take the country roads between Pisa and Florence rather than the highway...an absolutely beautiful drive! We stopped at a family-owned farm with their own olive groves and vineyard...delicious! If you are in Tuscany and want a fantastic experience, you must hire Limo Service in Italy!
