The pickup at Heathrow went very smoothly after a challenging day of catching flights. Great way to get from the airport to London.

The driver and car were very good; however, advance information told us to meet at the Boots which is no longer in the arrivals area. The landmark is actually M & S or better yet, just say the driver will greet you with a sign as you exit customs arrivals. The Boots is now on another level and we had to make a call to sort out where the driver was. 3 of 5 stars is because of this misinformation. As a former travel professional, Viator needs to be in better communication with their suppliers to keep information updated.

We were met on time by our driver with our name on a sign. He had texted ahead with his location. English was limited, but he was nice and drove us without incident to our hotel. Nice to not drive in London traffic.

We had a nice driver who got us to our flat safely. He knew how to get around the heavy noon traffic in central London.

I booked this in advance of our flight to London. Due to an air tower issue at Heathrow our flight was cancelled. We were cancelled by this service and they refused to reverse the $139 fee! They said that a cancellation is comparable to a no show! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Take an Uber or Taxi!!!!

We arrived at airport much earlier than expected and was able to get picked up earlier. Was very accommodating and helpful Always have used Viator .

Carlos kept in contact with us the entire time. He met us outside of baggage claim area and assisted with our luggage. Very personable. Would highly recommend.

We waited quite awhile for the driver to show up. He called me a couple of times but I missed him. Then he texted saying he was here but he wasn't. It took a few minutes for him to get back to us after he left the meeting point because he missed us. Finally he had a sign with my name on it.

Efficient service. Disappointed that service was by way of an old van. It was difficult to enter and exit. For the same price, we would use Blacklane or another professional service that offers business class and nice Mercedez.

Great trip and transportation worked out great for our group. The cost was great and company worked out great.
