Great tour with lots of interesting history. There is so much to learn about the Habsburg dynasty and this is a key palace of their rule over the Austrian-Hungarian Empire. Would visit if you enjoy this history.
This walking tour was the perfect way to experience the city. Our local guide was fantastic—energetic, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. They brought the history to life with fascinating stories, moving beyond just facts and dates. The pacing was excellent, covering key landmarks and hidden gems without ever feeling rushed. It provided great context.
Our tour guide was amazing. She had a wealth of information and facts that I had not read about. Timing was good, enough time to move through the museums but didn't lag. This was especially important due to the heat of the day.
Our guide Antonio, as passionate as he is fascinating, takes us into the history of Austria and its crowned heads with erudition and humor. Open to exchange and adjusting his answers to the questions asked by my daughter, he was always attentive to keeping her mind engaged. Thanks again

Very interesting and exciting guide
Wonderful guide, gave us just enough information for an informative visit, highlighting the complex history of Sisi and the palace. The new audio devices were also fantastic and allowed you to explore and still hear the information. The guide was great - even with the length of visit being quite long it was very enjoyable. The Admission fee felt expensive but I also don't know what the average going rate is for a tour. The atmosphere at the museum was quite crowded but it didn't feel that way at all, the guide made many stops/breaks for water and rest. This tour is best for young adults and adults as children most likely don't have the mental space for the amount of info.
Our guide was not well organized. We ended up standing and waiting to gain admission to the site. Once inside she did not communicate well and was difficult to hear. At several of the rooms she said things had been moved as though she had not conducted a tour there for some time. We paid for a two and a half hour tour and she was done in less than two hours. It would have been much better to go in on our own with the audio guide. We did let the tour operator, Roso Travel, know. With a good audio guide, why book a tour at all?

The guide was very nice and kind, I noticed the excellent knowledge she has about Vienna, Empress Sisi, and other historical aspects during the tour. I recommend it 👍
