Peggy was absolutely amazing! She has been the best tour guide that I had the pleasure of touring with in Shanghai. Everything was on time and she was extremely attentive to my every need. There was not a single moment that we felt awkward or nervous, as it seemed like she was a life-long friend that we were just catching up with. Peggy not only had an amazing personality, but she was very knowledgeable as well, from foods to architecture she could tell you anything and everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone that was looking to get a very descriptive and informative insight on Shanghai and its history, as well as the culture that surrounds it!

We booked an 8 day tour with Jenny, Beijing(3nights), Xi’an(2nights) and Shanghai(3nights). Our guides, Linda, Sasha and Grace were amazing, fluent in English. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Drivers were great. Jenny, arranged internal flights and rail travel tickets for us. Nothing is too much bother for Jenny and her team. Troy was our tour guide for two days for Hangzhou and Zhujiajiao. He was highly knowledgeable, respectful, and calm. All of our tour guides were great but what made Troy stand out was he gave us some breathing room and did not overwhelm us with ongoing chatter. He also showed concern regarding how our trip was planned and resolving discrepancies between what our central Tour agency told us and what his company ( local contractor Jenny travel) was told. In the future we will just book directly with Jenny travel to avoid communicating through a third party. Thank you Troy for ensuring our visit was memorable!

We had a great day starting at the Water City. We went on a gondola and saw the area from the water. Then we went to many of the shops and had a very good lunch over looking the water. The day was full of information and we saw new sights along the way. The transportation was clean and comfortable. Our guide Grace was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a very good day and experience.

All has been planned very professionally. Our Guide Troy was excellent, very flexible and he is really prepared, transferring a lot of information about the history and culture of China and Chinese people. The car and the driver were really nice too. We really suggest this agency and this guide. The watercity Zhujiajiao it is interesting and charming and create a good contrast with what you can see in Shanghai. It’s our first trip to China. This trip is special because this is a Birthday Trip for me and my son. We also bring our parents. A good friend of mine recommended this tour provider. Honestly speaking, we had an amazing and unforgettable experience! From a very knowledgeable tour guide Christy, a good driver, a nice and clean car, good yummy local food and a reliable arranger for this “Jenny”. Thank you for the VIP treatment. As a group of four on a cruise in Asia, we booked a two-day excursion with Jenny‘s Tour to visit ancient Watertowns in the surroundings of Shanghai and the former French concession and the Bund in Shanghai. It was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide Troy, a serious and personable fellow, was very knowledgeable about Chinese history and culture. He picked us up at the cruise terminal the two mornings with a driver in a comfortable modern car. Our cultural and historical sightseeing was only interrupted by two delicious lunch breaks with Suzhou noodles and Chinese dumplings. Last but not least Troy spontaneously took me to a.Chinese hospital as I suddenly had a serious health problem. The Chinese doctor could immediately help and I was well treated such that we could continue the journey. Great tour. Very recommendable.

Apple is one of the best tour guides we have ever had. She is very polite and very friendly. She gave us an amazing tour. She even took us to a place where we bought souvenirs for a better price. Vehicle was very clean and recent model.

In the morning, we arranged to go to Yu Garden in Shanghai. The garden was beautiful and the tour guide’s explanation gave us a full understanding of the connotation of Chinese gardens. Then we visited the Jade Buddha Temple and experienced different religious atmospheres. For lunch, we tried the unique local snack pan-fried buns. It’s just that the restaurant is small and there are no restrooms, which is inconvenient. I went to Zhujiajiao in the afternoon, which is a quaint town. If you have bad leg strength, remember to plan your walking route first. In addition, there are easy traffic jams on Fridays, so avoid traveling during this time. All in all, it was a wonderful day. journey
