The booking process was smooth, and communication with the English-speaking representative was professional. Unfortunately, the service delivered fell significantly short of what was promised. Our hotel pickup was 45 minutes late, forcing changes to our plans. Both the departure port and the yacht were changed, and the trip started 40 minutes late. The crew was unaware of our pre-ordered drinks and snacks and could not communicate in English, leaving me to coordinate arrangements by phone instead of enjoying what was meant to be a special occasion for our wedding celebration. The change of departure port also affected the sea conditions and views, which were an important part of our plans. The photography service was equally disappointing, with poorly lit and framed photos and a video clip that spent around 20 seconds showing only the sea rather than us. To make matters worse, the drop-off arrangements changed, and we had to leave the yacht 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, despite paying for the service by the hour. These were not minor inconveniences but a series of organizational failures that significantly affected the entire experience. What should have been a memorable celebration became a stressful and disappointing day. I strongly encourage the company to improve its coordination, communication with customers and crew, and quality control. I would advise future customers, particularly international visitors who do not speak Turkish, to confirm all arrangements in writing and ensure that the promised services can actually be delivered. A special occasion deserves reliability and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Lotus Yachts made our wedding anniversary truly unforgettable. The yacht was beautiful, the dinner was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a special night with my wife. The photographer and violinist were amazing and added a really romantic touch throughout the evening. The laser message on the bridge with our names was the highlight of the night and made the whole experience feel unique and personal. Everything was well-organized from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend them for any special occasions.

I went to a surprise birthday party for my niece’s husband. Amazing!.Between my niece and the staff it was so well organised. All the staff were so helpful especially Jean who served food and helped at tables.

We had a fantastic time on the yacht. Basak and his team made sure of it. As I booked it for a proposal it was important that everything goes as planned, communication was easy and they ensured that it is a memorable one.

Impeccable in every way. The cake I ordered was exceptional. The service was very nice and they even for a price moved the meeting point to Galataport to keep us from having to get a long ride. This is first class all the way.
