Our driver Randy was Amazing! He pretty much was a tour guide our one and half hour drive. So knowledgeable about his country but made sure we got to see some cool things on the way. Thank you Viator for your wonderful staff.

This is a good hotel nice grounds nice rooms clean, excellent food, the room we had was on the third floor with side view of the sea, be aware no lifts at this place and 40 steps up to third floor and 40 steps down, up and down 5 or six times means can be up to 480 steps a day, but it was good exercise, apart from that no problem with the hotel, I did notice it’s a very tip orientated hotel, and you felt obliged after every drink brought or food ect that a tip is in order most of the time, we stayed here for a week then went to a week in the Riu palace Montego Bay and nobody seemed bother about tips and was completely different, although I really liked the hotel and the food I was disappointed with the beach, I also went on a glass bottom boat which took us all down the negril beach ut wasn’t impressed with the look of that either, I have been to lots of carrabean countries with much nicer beaches, but on the whole enjoyed our holiday there and good hotel

Having trouble getting a time to return to airport on1/20/24. Flight is at 3:55 pm and we would like to be picked up at 11am

Well organized and professional from reservation, pickup to drop off. Driver was very personable and helpful. It was definitely a nice start to our vacation.

Stayed here for two weeks, fantastic hotel, fantastic food , great entertainment . The staff can’t do enough for you from the waitress / waiters round pool area especially Monique,Vanessa Dr Phil, always there with your drink, the entertainment team very good ( in fact they excellent) Lady T, Dr FunFun, Ras Marley , Spark, Lady Delicious , Scrappy, they all made your holiday fun, the hotel is very clean, food is lush , the Italian and steak restaurants are a must food fab, would definitely recommend this hotel , you can go into the sister hotels the Regge and Montego Bay which we did on a few nights to see different entertainment and use the water park.

Smooth transfer to and from the airport. Driver was fully experience and very knowledgeable. CAR was clean and comfortable

Smooth sailing to and from the resort. Teric was an amazing driver. His car was clean and air condition was cold had to ask him to turn it down. I highly recommend using his services.

Our driver was on his phone and driving recklessly throughout our whole trip - weaving and passing other cars eventually causing us to get into a wreck on the way to the airport! We had to pull over so he could exchange information with the people he hit and after getting back into the car he never said another word to my husband and I the whole trip, never apologizing.
