Traveling with Island Dreams Transportation
Such a wonderful experience. Definitely worth the price we paid. Great customer service, helpful when I needed it. Arrived within 5 minutes, with air conditioning that felt so good after arriving in such heat. Driver spoke with us as if we knew him for ages. Was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. It was a delight overall. Would definitely recommend Island Dreams Transport.

Horrible experience!
Did not communicate both going and coming do not book with them I should have known something was going on when I was coming and I have been to Jamaica multiple times normally transportation companies reach out to you in advance and let you know what time they will pick you up they did not do that they were also late picking me up from the airport coming back via sent multiple emails I sent Texts it wasn’t until I said that I was going to report them fraud that I got a response do not use this company choose someone else!
事業者からの返答
the best way to communicate is through WhatsApp which you did when I was driving where I couldn't answer immediately, you sending a message about yes got my attention when I was fully settled down. I refunded you because of the manner of how you choose to talk me which I don't appreciate. abundance of love and blessings to you, I appreciate your review and I will talk to my team regarding your experience. God bless you and hope you have a blessed day and your next travel experience be trouble free.

Just don’t do it. Find a ride at the airport is cheaper and more pleasant
If i could give 0 stars I would. Operator was rude and humiliating and doesn’t comprehend appreciate customer service. There’s things that can happen and this man handled everything wrong. I’ll never book with this company and will make sure everyone i know traveling to Jamaica book elsewhere.

It was a terrible experience. I Arrived at airport and no one picked me up. I had to take a taxi that charged me $120. Very disappointing to begin my vacation like this. And I want a refund no contact info was given me
事業者からの返答
I think you have the wrong company or you refuse to pay us the fee because you book the wrong resort. you mention paying a fee of $120 but this cost is not associated with riu Montego bay
