My husband and I booked a private shuttle to and from the MBJ to Negril and it was a wonderful experience! The shuttle staff were timely, professional, safe, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! We will definitely book through them again.
Mark and Sherrylann Berment stayed at the RIU palace tropical resort for 5 nights , OMG. Firstly front desk staff Mr. JAMESON was exceptionally gracious and professionally prepared for any fears and concerns we had , He addressed every situation and made sure we had a tremendous awesome beautiful and memorable experience. THANK YOU JAMESON . 👏🙌👍🏽 It was awesome, amazing, out of this real world, Every effort was made to make sure everyone was safe and happy, Food was delicious and wide range of selection, tasty and professionally prepared. The environment was perfect, friendly spacious and always clean. Staff was friendly professional and helpful in all aspects. Our room was always taken care of by our bar man ( stock person) Richard 👍🏽. Our amenities in our room was always taken care of by our very pleasant and friendly attendant, her name : DANYA 👍🏽. The guys who put the shows together for the guests everyday out at the pools , beach side, stage , wow they got energy and dance moves, I’m a Trinidadian and we live and eat and sleep party , so I congratulate these guys 🙌. The pool aerobics instructor,his name is: JERRY was good 👍🏽. The chefs, assistants, waitresses, cleaners, attendants all were amazing. Thank you so much to all of you , I will definitely recommend this paradise to all .
