All good. The process was fast, and it helped save the time from queing for hours 👍. Also, absolutely loved the museum, I had a great time there. I would highly suggest either having a tourguide or one of those audio guide tho, because some of the written explanation was a bit smudged.

This is for when you booked the wrong ticket or travelled last minute and simply need to see the Vatican museum and Sistine chapel - being your own guide. As it’s a last minute thing there’s a bit of back and forth but it worked well, the tickets worked and it got us in to see the sistene chapel when we thought it was impossible. As we did not have months in advance to plan and purchase. It was great to see it still.

I ended up being late for my original ticket at 8 am due to train delays. I was devastated, because the line operators said I would have to wait in a different line for those who were late. I had just made it through the massive line to get to the entrance and I didn't want to wait in another line. I almost gave up and left, but my day was saved by Ashique Arif. He saw that the line operators had turned me away and asked if he could help. And help he did! Because of him, I was able to buy a new ticket and get in right away. I almost didn't go to this unforgettable experience, but Ashique helped me out and I got to bear witness to the Vatican Museums. It was incredible! I would definitely recommend booking with this tour company, especially if something goes wrong with your plans. They were very helpful, especially on such short notice!

This skip the line experience was amazing. No waiting at all and it was great because Rome was 95 degrees. Once inside, we were able to get a free English guide with our tickets. She was terrific and gave all the highlights. The tour company is very organized and responsive. An amazing visit overall.

We paid over 90 dollars each to be escorted , by a very grumpy man to a turn stile at entrance to Vatican museums. Then we were left , no advice etc . When it came to St Peter's basilica, there were no queues anyway. ...and of course it's free. My advice: Research before you buy these totally overpriced tickets.

I used this service to get a skip-the-line ticket when it wasn’t available on the official website. A tour guide was available but I did not want it - you can skip the guide no problem. If tickets are available on the official website then buy there, otherwise this is a good option.
