Group yoga in South Beach was a lot of fun! Would definitely recommend. It’s was a little warm and most of us are seniors so it wasn’t a traditional yoga. Ben was a great instructor and very patient with us.
Making yoga accessible, comfortable, and fun for all ages is always our top priority. We look forward to practicing with you all in South Beach again soon!
Exceeded my expectations in every way. Practicing yoga on sand proved to be even more fulfilling than I had imagined. Must be the great outdoors which has a direct relationship with how we feel. Thanks to Damian's guidance, I tapped into my inner peace for a blissful hour at my own pace. The location and view of the ocean and the city is unbeatable. This helped me relax even more. I am a beginner and although there were others at a more advanced level, the instructor guided me through the whole routine which made me feel very comfortable. The tea session at the end allows everyone to interact in a very chill way. Unique experience

Damien did a great job making class clear and accessible for everyone. The pose variations from beginner to advanced allowed me to go deep in postures I'm more comfortable with n take it easy in those that are more challenging for me. Really enjoyed realigning and reconnecting with my body and nature.
