Terrible service, we had booked to go on a tour, and they said we had to go on the pirate tour we declined. The local agent was rude and un helpful. We went on a tour operator at the main area, great service fanatic tour.
Everything was great. Easy to find and they waited while I ran behind for us to get on the boat.
We had booked a different boat tour on arrival we were told we had to go on the pirate boat, which isn’t the one we booked. The local attendant was rude any un helpful. We have booked with a different company.

This is very definitely a fun boat ride and our guide was charming and funny. It's a great way to escape the heat. The day we went was particularly hot, even by Florida standards. The instructions for redeeming the voucher weren't entirely clear and even the Captain seemed uncertain what to do with our bar code. The worst part had nothing to do with either the tour company or Trip Advisor but it's worth mentioning in case anyone reading has any influence. There was a particularly rude and condescending man at one of the kiosks where we stopped to ask for help. My experience is he is not reflective of people in the area but it was truly awful. He was at the kiosk selling trip tickets across from the Hard Rock closest to the ferris wheel.

We booked a pleasure boat to see the harbour and lovely homes and were put on a pirate ship which was more a child’s entertainment vessel. Not what we booked

We specifically did not choose the pirate ship tour. Upon arrival we’re told the only ship for 11:30 am is a pirate ship which we really didn’t want. The girl at check in told us to stand to the side and she would let us know where to line up and when to get in line. She left us on the side and forgot about us and we realized a long line had already formed. We asked if there was any way we could board first since we had checked in before all those people and she said no. After asking again she finally said yes so we went to the bottom of the stairs and the tour guide dressed in the pirate costume began letting several people in before us. We were finally able to get his attention and advised him we were told we would be able to go first especially considering we were with an infant and and wanted to be able to get settled with the stroller and so our family could sit together as why we were the only ones who arrived 30 minutes before the tour as advised in the instructions. The tour guides answer to us was “and why didn’t you guys say anything until now???” Super rude and making it seem like it was our fault and then proceeded to let a group of 15 men before us. We called his attention again and finally let us in with an attitude. We ended up enjoying the tour itself and didn’t mind the pirate ship. The captain helped us load the stroller into the ship and we really appreciated that.

Relaxed fun and informative prices onboard where reasonable and staff were friendly. Awesome seeing beautiful homes and how the other half live lol. Some well known names and homes along the way.
