I’m glad the session worked well for you. Teaching yoga on the beach is always a bit like conducting an orchestra with the sand under our feet.
Some people want a gentle stretch, others want a deeper challenge, so offering a few levels lets everyone find their rhythm in the sand.
I’m happy the directions and location photo helped make things smooth from the start. Everything else becomes a simple flow of breath, movement, and ocean air.

Mind. Body. Soul. MUST DO!!
This was SO FUN and such a great way to start the day before we ate and drank our way through Miami! This was not only a good workout but being in the sand, hearing the waves and having the sun on us was incredible!!! It was so easy to find and was one of our favorite parts of the trip!

Depth of beach yoga on 3rd street Amani Beach
I went to a daily yoga class (7 am and 5 pm) on 3rd street on Miami beach. Bring a towel the classes at 3rd in Miami Beach are voluntary and you pay what you want ( a donation). Great teachers/inst

Reconnect with our inner peace
Damian graciously made space for my friend Tony and me to enjoy a much-needed yoga session during the hectic spring break, despite all the distractions. He remained patient with the noise from police ATVs, and even helicopters, helping us reconnect with our inner peace under the enchanting Miami twilight sky.

Way to start the day
Very pleasant and memorable class, with a variety of poses hitting all parts of the body. I've learned a few new poses from Damian, which I never knew about. Being in nature definitely is an icing on the cake.

Sun, sand and ocean
Had an amazing class with Damian! Great sequence and selection of poses to hit all chakras. It was wonderful to practice on natural elements and then go for a swim afterward. I highly recommend this experience.

Event Cancelled due to rain
