The boat was beautiful. Nice ride. Good organization of stops and baggage handling during a busy weekend.
It was a small Airport so most facilities are not in keeping with what you normally expect from an air port.
Extremely hot, crowded boat with a maniac driver! Luggage was carelessly thrown on the boat and he barely gave us enough time to get off the boat!

This was perfect for me. I was the last stop from the airport to St Mark's Square. So I had an outside seat on the boat at the back. That's why I rate the experience 5 stars. if I'd been sat inside under cover, I wouldn't. It was almost 2 different experiences. A nice journey, great experience and lots to see on the way. The weather was perfect, which in my opinion added to the ambience. The driver was friendly and courteous. The St Mark's Square stop was perfect to be straight into the activity hub.
It was great to be delivered to the hotel by boat, and the operation was very organized, but they really pack you in there. If you can, book private.
Great way to arrive in Venice - worth every penny. Easy instructions to meet the boat. Highly recommended.
Before you truck all the way to the boats, you have to stop at a counter and get a paper voucher. Wish we knew.
It’s a lovely way to get from The airport into the city, I do recommend it. The one I booked claimed to be private, but it most definitely was not, we shared the taxi with 8-10 strangers. It was absolutely beautiful to come in in the early evening and get to cruise into town during sunset.
The trip was fine and it was easy to get to the boat. I didn't understand the difference between this shared-ride boat and a private charter. There is a list of stops that they can go to, and, even if there's one closer to your place, you'll get dropped off where at one of the listed stops. For is this meant about 7 minutes extra walking, but that's nothing in Europe and especially nothing in Venice, where everything is a walk. Anyway, they kept their end of the bargain and got us there.
