Stress-Free Luxury Water Taxi Transfer from Marco Polo Airport
Due to the Venice Film Festival, transportation from Venice Marco Polo Airport was difficult to arrange. I contacted several water taxi companies, but none were available except LTS Venezia. Thankfully, they were able to accommodate my airport pickup and transfer me to my hotel.
Since I arrived at 11 p.m., it was very reassuring to have everything arranged in advance. Communication was excellent. The day before, they contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm the details, and both the pickup and drop-off went perfectly. The entire experience was stress-free and well organized.
There’s a reason they have “Luxury” in their name—I truly felt treated that way. The service was professional from start to finish. Thank you again, LTS Venezia!

Stress Free, Professional and Perfect Service
Incredibly clean cars and very very professional drivers - they meet you with signage at Marco Polo and help with luggage’s to the vehicle.
Water and snacks are provided in the vehicle - cars are clean quiet and air conditioned.
One of the huge positives is communication- Massimo and his Team are great communicators - they follow flight times and adjust pickups accordingly - all the while communicating via WhatsApp or email.
Totally good value for the peace of mind, service and reliability - thoroughly recommend.

Outstanding!
Massimo organized all our transfers in Venice and Jesolo, looking up train schedules to be on time, confirming the night before, and even helping reschedule pickup when one of our planned tours didn’t work out. He was courteous and organized! Outstanding to work with.

Venice boat ride and day trip to Asolo/Valdobbiadene
Had the most amazing and unforgettable experience! My family and I used them twice for a boat tour in Venice and a day trip to Valdobbiadene and Asolo. The boat they provided for the Venice tour was very clean and the driver was on time. For our day trip our driver was wonderful! On time, great communication and very attentive! We enjoyed our tour so much. They exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend!

Transfer with professionalism and sympathy.
Massimo is an impeccable professional. Nice, punctual and helped us with all the transfer to and from Venice. Pontual. Immaculate vehicle. Gave restaurants tips and welcomed us with elegance and affection. I always recommend. We already use the services on another occasion and whenever we go to Venice Massimo is our transfer.
