Excellent experience. We did think we would have longer on the boat than max 10 mins but we enjoyed it. Pricey for £283 but does include 20 mins private car hire. Very seamless.

Very smoothly run and on time. We did have some confusion about where to meet at the airport but then were able to send a msg and they responded quickly with instructions.

Very expensive transfer. Pickup at airport was late and confusing. Car ride okay but left standing at pier alone hoping taxi boat would show up. Highly recommend finding water taxi dock that is a short moving walkway from main terminal. Direct water taxi is less than 30 minutes to hotels and $160 up to four passengers.

Even though our flight was delayed over 2 hours Chipino was waiting for us as we stepped out of the airport to take us to Piazza de Roma and our water taxi. We didn't spend much time on the Grand Canal, but it was pretty amazing to navigate it at night.

DO NOT BOOK. Do not book this boat! Canceled on us right when we landed 15 minutes before we were supposed to get on. Left us stranded.
