The water taxi arrived promptly to our hotel and then we were transferred to a van and dropped off at the airport. It was convenient, reliable, and stress free!
We had an issue connecting but it was rectified within minutes once I contacted the company. They were responsive, and apologized for their error. They were professional, pleasant and prompt once we connected, and facilitated a flawless service
They did an excellent job. We arrived early at the airport and after I contacted them they arrived very quickly. I would use them again
Great start to a Mediterranean vacation! The driver met us with no problems and helped us get onto the water taxi. Water taxi is a great way to experience the canals of Venice. And much more comfortable than a gondola! Be aware, though, there are still steps you have to negotiate to get to some of the hotels. Be prepared to carry your luggage a bit.
On time, friendly, helpful and was just a perfect way to start our Italian vacation. Highly recommend!!
The driver picked us up at the Venice airport and then drove us to the city center boat basin docks rather than the docks AT THE AIRPORT! I complained immediately and was told the airport docks are no longer in use. I was shocked but what choice did we have. It added 30 -45 minutes to our arrival time when driving that distance was UNECESSARY.
Dear customer, We are always happy to discuss Venice logistics with people who know Venice very well. However, Venice is not a normal city, and many factors must be taken into consideration: public works along the canals, low tide, high tide, events, canal closures, and local restrictions. You cannot simply assume that a water taxi can move wherever you want, whenever you want. You booked a private transfer as described, with car service to Piazzale Roma and private water taxi connection. We provided the transfer according to the correct route and local conditions. We guarantee the quality of the transfer, the professional driver, the assistance, and the private water taxi service. If you want to have a private boat fully at your disposal to go around Venice as you wish, that is a different service from a transfer.

The service was excellent. The van and the boat ride were comfortable and clean. We were jet-lagged so this was worth the expense. I am writing so the people understand that you are driven most of the way to a point in the city of Venice (the only place with cars) and then we picked up the water taxi for an 8 minutes ride to the closest public dock to our hotel. (The hotel's water entrance was too narrow for the water taxi.) We walked from the public dock. If you want a water taxi most all the way from the airport, this is not it.
Incredibly disappointed with this tour after using trip advisor for lots of things in the past. Driver was late - no communication and no simply when he arrived. Nice guy but I had to call up to see where he was. Driver dropped is at a different terminal for boat so not sure if that cut off boat time ? Maximum of 10 minutes in the boat - terrible value for money. Could and would have booked an Uber for under €50 if I’d know it was such a short boat trip. Paid £275 for this it was outrageous! Do not recommend!
Hello Claire Hall, I remember your transfer very well, and honestly, I hope this review becomes a good example for other customers—especially for those who try to get free extras in exchange for a review, and for those who confuse a transfer with a tour, just as you did. Every now and then we receive reviews from people who book a transfer but expect a tour, extra services, or experiences they never paid for. In your case, that is exactly what happened. This is actually a perfect example of how we work: professionally. Customers pay for what they read, and we deliver exactly what is written in the description. Nothing more and nothing less. We are always available to explain our services, answer questions, and help our clients. What we do not do is give away free services because someone asks for them after the booking. You booked a transfer from point A to point B that included several premium services. Unfortunately, arriving on a Ryanair flight and comparing everything to an Uber probably made it difficult for you to appreciate what was actually provided: a professional driver in a suit and tie, a luxury vehicle less than one year old, and a beautiful luxury wooden water taxi. Those details seem to have gone completely unnoticed. What you actually wanted was a complimentary boat ride around Venice in exchange for a review. Just so we’re clear: that’s not how we operate. For you, and for anyone reading this review, the lesson is very simple: before paying for a service and then complaining about it, take a few minutes to read the description carefully. It helps avoid unrealistic expectations. If the service was beyond your budget or not what you imagined, we completely understand. What we do not understand is why that should become a reason to ask for money back or request additional services for free.
