They were waiting just outside baggge claim. Gave us directions to the boat, driver loaded luggge and took us directly to hotel. Wonderful experience!

This was great and convenient. We had a lot of luggage, due to traveling for an extended period, and this was a great way to privately get us, and our luggage, to the hotel. They person had a sign right outside the baggage claim (in the Arrival area), and was waiting to pick us up.

Paolo was a great boat driver and he helped me on and off the boat. I have a bad hip. We took the full service taxi.

The pickup communication was that we would be met at the exit hall. Nobody was there. Tried calling the contact number and it did not work. Started walking towards water pick up and lucked out to find booth of providing service which was listed on my ticket as Bucintoro Viaggi that was booked through Viator. We were then guided down to the boat with no help with our luggage. Boat operator did not talk to us. Boat ride was convenient but not what I expected for a private service that was labeled as a meet and greet service.

The overall experience worked but our driver did not pick us up at the airport as scheduled. We had to call Viator multiple times to get a replacement driver. After traveling for 12 hours then waiting an hour to get transportation to our hotel wasn’t ideal. Once the replacement driver came things went smoothly. Our boat driver wasn’t very friendly but he had to cover for someone who didn’t do their job. After paying almost $300 for 4 people to be transported I was very disappointed in the service. I will recommend this but definitely advise you to contact Viator several times before your scheduled appointment to make sure you will be picked up. We are still traveling but haven’t received an correspondence, apologies, or reimbursement from Viator.

A smooth transfer from Venice airport straight to our hotel. Met in arrivals and taken directly to the boat dock where our boat was waiting. This is the most fun way to travel from the airport to our hotel.

Plane was late! Luggage was lost but Ricardo was available to take us to our hotel after many hours on planes. Easy process

Its so easy and convenient, especially after a long flight. Our attendant was so nice and then the boat ride in was lovely, especially for our first time in venice.

The water taxi is the very best way to arrive in Venice! Beautiful and efficient!! Our boat practically brought us to our Venice accommodation’s front door!
