Great service. We were met right by our train platform and taken to the water taxi. Our host rode on the water taxi with us, helped with our luggage, and led us directly to our hotel. On the way, she gave us lots of great tips for activities and getting around while visiting Venice.

We were pleasantly surprised by having Thomas meet us as we got off the train with my name printed on a piece of paper as that was not the instruction we were given. And Thomas was delightful to chat with while we waited for our water private water taxi. The 35-minute wait was longer than we expected though.

We could not find the dock at which we were supposed to meet, nobody met us, directions were not where the company was, nobody answered the phone when we tried to contact them.

All of our instructions to the pick up location - from Google, written and two support agents were incorrect. Appalling for such an expensive exercise.

Very quick and easy experience! Someone was waiting for us right off the train and the water taxi was waiting for us. Very well done, thank you for the easy experience!

The instructions were conflicting and not clear to locate the rep. And when they were finally located it took awhile to finally get the transport. Although the ride was nice. I feel like it is overpriced for the amount of time it took to get to the hotel (less than 10 mins)

Our guide met us at the train platform and quickly got us to our water taxi. He assisted us with our luggage also and even had a few suggestions on out of the way places to go.

We paid multiple times the regular cost of a shared water taxi for a private one straight to our hotel yet for dropped a 10 min walk to the hotel because the taxi doesn't fit in the small canals. No warning ahead that we had to walk and no offer to have a gondola take us the rest of the way. A water taxi doesn't cost €180 one way from Piazzale Roma to the hotel stop! And we paid NOT to have to walk with our luggage for 10 mins or even 5! It. Just catch a water taxi at the stop. Don't pay extra via Viator!! It wasn't the taxi driver's fault. Viator lied to us.

When we arrived at the train station we were immediately met with a greeter holding a sign with my name on it. She assisted us out of the train station and onto our prearranged water taxi. It was very windy that day so she explained that the boat drivers had to use alternative routes that day so there was a short delay of about 10 minutes. Perfectly fine since our train had been delayed and so our timing was off. Once our taxi arrived he loaded all of our luggage and then us onto the beautiful boat. We had a pleasant ride right up to our hotel water entrance (how cool is that). It was a pleasant transfer and start to our vacation.

Service was outstanding, highly recommend it. Arrival was very smooth. Super easy to arrive into San Marco Square.
