Thank you Top Venice, Giuseppe, for advising and confirming our private shuttle transfer from Venice cruise port to private water taxi transfer, onward to our hotel in central Venice. If it was not for the guidance of Top Venice, we might still be standing in the Venice cruise port ... not really, but it would have been an overwhelming circumstance if not for Top Venice. We also booked a private water taxi from hotel to the Lucia train station. Thank you to our guides Francesca (water taxi directly to our hotel) and Laura (water taxi to train station, waiting with us until our platform was announced). Wish we had more time in Venice, only one night. Truly, Top Venice is top notch. On our next visit, we will not only book private transfers again but also tour options, amazing offers!

Having a private transfer was so helpful. Our hotel was in Murano but the majority of our tours were in Venice. There are public water taxis but the private transfer is so much faster

Giuseppe was very communicative and helpful in booking / sharing information. Ana Paula was helpful and walked us straight to the reception desk of our hotel. Price was a little expensive but the convenience of a private / direct water taxi helped us maximize our first and only day in Venice.

Absolutely flawless. Francesca was waiting for us and immediately called the water taxi. It arrived in less than 10 minutes. Luggage on and off of the boat was easy. I highly recommend this service. Wonderful experience! We are a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids. Lisa was at the arrival platform of the train station and took us to our private boat and to our hotel door. The communication was thourough (before arrival) and it was nice to hear about the city during the boat ride. We saw the water taxi packed with people and luggage which made us even more grateful we had our own space. Our family definitely recommends using this service!

I highly recommend using a private transfer from Santa Lucia train station to your hotel in the Venice City Center. Our group of six had two pieces of luggage each, and handling that on public transport would have been challenging. The convenience of a private transfer made our arrival much smoother and stress-free. Plus, the views from the private tour were stunning, especially the route through the Grand Canal, which added a wonderful touch to our experience. If you’re traveling with luggage, this option is definitely worth considering!

Guiseppe was a GREAT host! Not only did he meet us at the train and get us on the boat to our hotel.. he coordinated this bad all of tours and transfers for our entire trip!! He also was sure to speak to me a lot before we arrive to ensure I understood all of my plans and various options that might work better for myself and my family. Highly recommend!!!
