I won’t arrive or leave Venice any other way! The booking and organization of our taxi boat was easy and Viator confirmed our time and pickup location through our hotel, which was a nice reassurance. The driver was kind, helpful with our bags, and got us to the train station efficiently. The only hiccup was that our dock was occupied by a trash pickup boat, which smelled quite bad. We had to walk about 100 feet to the next one, which wasn’t a huge deal, but wasn’t exactly pleasant. Overall highly recommend booking a boat for your trip to Venice!

I booked a private transfer from my hotel to the train station and confirmed both the pick up time and location twice the day before. On the day of the transfer, the driver didn't show up. After 20 minutes I ended up getting a taxi to make my train on time.

Warning! Do. It ever use the company to book any travel! I booked a hotel to train station pickup from my hotel at 7:30am in Venice. They left me and my 81yo husband stranded. They couldn’t care less. No one arrived at the hotel to collect us. When I called Viator they said they would refund my money and later refused to do so. They are completely incompetent, dishonest and will rip you off if you book with them. They will lie to you and then go back on their word.

Met us at our accomodations and helped us with everything we needed. Great for an early flight or train.

This experience included a private taxi pickup from Hilton Molina Stuckey Hotel in Venice along with a guide who met us at the train station. The guide helped to navigate us through the train station and made sure we were where we needed to be for boarding.

Fast way to get from our hotel to Venice city center. It also provides a scenic view of the city. It was a great ride.

If you are leaving Venice by train this is the best way to go! The host was very friendly and helpful. She met us at our hotel, helped us with our luggage, and trained us how to read the train station signs, how to board and unboard. She waited until our train was there and ready for boarding. She was a great help!

The transfer was great. The boat was early to pick us up and we were greeted by a lovely young woman who helped with everything. We arrived at train station on time and the young woman even walked us and our bags to the platform for departure. Would highly recommend the service.

20 minutes late. Had to hire luggage service to make train on time at a cost of 40 euros. Not dependable
