Easy smooth transactions no issues on arrival no lines! The tour is automated headphones pretty cool. Great experience and photos!

VERY DISAPPOINTED
We were only emailed vouchers, therefore we did not get the tickets to get in. .They would NOT accept the vouchers to get in. We tried for 3 hours to figure out how to get them, we could not get anything to work to get our tickets because we didn't have them (after paying $117.00) we did NOT get to experience the tour!! We tried to contact TripAdvisor and there was no phone number to call. Nothing was working in Spain!!!

Well organized self...
Well organized self guided tour of this incredible, talented architect. Although lines appeared long, the flow through the space gave plenty of opportunity to enjoy and take in the surrounding beauty. Do not miss this!

Frustration from the breakdown of tickets
It was really disappointing not being able to go to the roof. It was unclear the description of the three different tickets options. I rather prefer to pay premium with a single ticket access to the whole experience.

Terrible company, fraudulent mis-selling of over-priced tickets, do not use! Go direct to Casa Batlló website instead!
Casa Batlló: well worth the visit.
But, disappointed by the lack of access to the roof top terrace despite the Trip advisor advert implying access to all areas including the rooftop with this ticket, see attached. During the booking process, no option was given to select a colour of ticket when I purchased and based on the description and the huge price €84 (the actual blue ticket would’ve cost £56) which involved classing a 14 year old as an adult even though the Casa Batlló would charge €6 less for her age, I believed we would have access to the roof terrace.
I notified Wanderung guides (who are not based in Barcelona but in India) immediately when I received my blue tickets, explaining that their description did not match what they had supplied. They politely declined to accept this was their error and either refund or upgrade the tickets to allow roof top access.
So my advice is: avoid this company like the plague, they are scam artists and fraudsters, and book direct with Casa Batlló. The only reason I didn’t was because I saw the higher rating this company had - hopefully this review will help to reduce their star rating so others aren’t similarly duped.

Great Tour ! Bring a FAN !!!
Great Tour! Just make sure to bring a fan it’s right in the middle of the sun with no shade and super hot while waiting to get in. 10:/10 recommend. Tickets were sent to me via WhatsApp

What a beautiful design!
Excellent! You will love it! A little tip: Choose the terrace option, and when you get there, have a glass of cava from the bar up top. Sit at a table under an umbrella. And if it’s a summer day, choose a time as late in the day as possible to avoid extreme heat.
