The palace is amazing with the collect of modern art along with the fashion and costume were just great to explore.
Got the tickets on my email as well on WhatsApp app.
Note : you need to look your spam or junk if you didn't find on your emails.
The provider staff were helpful and assist me with the tickets and to access the digital audio guide in my phone.

The palace itself was beautiful. The tour guide did not provide the audio until 7:03am unable to download audio
Poor planning on tour guides part- sent audio file at 7:03 AM by the time we saw the email we were already at the palace and we’re unable to download it. Extremely frustrating. I contacted to a guy to let him know. I was going to leave a negative review.
