Great tour with the crown jewels through medieval walls. Great audio guide for the mobile phone.
Get a guide, James Mortimer was our guide and I highly recommend him. He is very Accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous and an exceptional driver, impressive. I will definitely look for him on my future tours.
Don’t bother. The vouchers didn’t work. No one was there to meet up with. Total scam. The pdf didn’t have barcode. I ended up having to purchase tickets at the ticket counter.
I got to the gate and the assistant tried for 15 minutes to use the electronic ticket without success. So we ended up buying new tickets on the spot and they were 50 Percent more expensive than the TripAdvisor ones.
Fabulous visit. Got very lucky with a bright sunny London day. Go first thing in the morning and see the crown jewels first. Gets very crowded as the day progresses. Enjoy the history of the location and the juxtaposition with gleaming modern buildings in the background.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience. You need at least 3 hours or more to have a good look around. It is well organized and it is easy to get around,even when it is busy. We'll worth it.
Allegedly included a tour. No tour provided. Also no place to even meet the alleged tour that did not exist - at least none in the instructions
Loved seeing the Tower of London I’ve heard so much about. The warden tour was great and included in the price of the ticket. Can’t miss the Crown Jewels collection. There is a lot to see. I spent 3 hours to get a good tour of the white tower, Crown Jewels, chapel , warden guided tour (45mins) and the medieval palace.
I never received our 3 barcoded tickets and were unable to retrieve vouchers at the ticket office. After spending time with a security attendant, he finally ushered is through the entry gate.
So much to see! The fact that it was used for multiple purposes over the years was fascinating.
