Totally Legitimate and Enjoy Your Tours!
Travelers should not worry buying tickets/tours with Viator! Totally legitimate and very very professional and helpful!!! Traveling abroad can cause much anxiety; with Viator one has no worries! Well Done I say!

The directions as to...
The directions as to where to enter were not very clear. Gate attendant wanted to see our tickets, but we were not sent tickets, only a voucher. When we were finally in the right line to enter, the ticket window person had our name on a list and she printed our tickets. The audio tour was not that informative. A guided tour would have been much better based on what we overheard as guides were giving their tours.

You need to spend several hours there to see everything. So much history! As an American, it’s hard to comprehend a history that spans over one thousand years.

Amazing! Audio tour somewhat lacking.
Westminster Abbey is absolutely spectacular. It was awesome to visit the site of so much history and beauty. We found the audio tour to be well done, but, poorly laid out. It was extremely difficult to find the location described on the audio tour. I saw only one or two placards indicating which number on the tour to listen to for a specific area. This was possibly due to the crowds. Nevertheless, it made the audio tour nearly useless. Disappointing. There are much better ways to get this done.

Westminster Abbey
Long wait to enter the cathedral, about 45 mins to over an hour, after your ticket is validated. Plan on spending 3 hours after your arrival.

Changed itinerary time without notice.
The original time that was sent to me was a 1:30pm start for my tour. Without my knowledge, it was switched to 9:30am, so we completely missed our tour! Terrible experience!

Too Busy!
Far too busy. It reminded me of shuffling around Disneyland. Too many guided tours just static preventing movement around the Abbey. Would have been good if less busy, wouldn’t go back.
