Our guide Mary gave great explanations and details about the history of the Abbey and the other sites we visited. It was fun, informative, and I would recommend booking if you want to understand historical context when visiting.
Mary was a very informative and entertaining guide. She was also mindful of the heat and kept checking in with everyone to make sure we were properly hydrated and comfortable enough to proceed. We highly recommend her and this tour.
First time to London and we only had one day. This tour covered 3 Bigggies and a few more and it was perfect. Natasha was our guide and she could not have been any better. She knows her stuff and she was fabulous….I think we are all her best friends now😊 There is quite a bit of walking but we covered quite a bit of ground! We came from a cruise ship
Philip was our tour guide and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. I unfortunately which tour group he was with. He was very understanding that it was hot and tried to keep us to shaded areas and let us pause every once in a while to rest.
So much information shared that it would be impossible to do this without a qualified guide! Also, the stories that they share go far beyond just a list of bullet points and facts.

Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Pack snacks. Plan on shopping afterwards for Abbey souvenirs. Fabrizio was fantastic! I have to say that as compared to other guides I observed throughout the morning, he was markedly more respectful of volume and space. He was humorous and knowledgeable and made our tour both informative and memorable. I highly recommend Fabrizio!

Guide didn’t show up. I was offered and requested a full refund. They canceled it as it was supposed to start. Very disappointed as we were here for the day.
