Very disappointing experience. Our group was around 20 people, and with the traffic, buses, and emergency vehicles, it was nearly impossible to hear the guide unless you were standing right next to her. Your website says headphones are available if guests can’t hear, but none were provided. The tour also felt rushed, with the guide walking quickly between locations, and there were several moments where our group was walking in the street or crossing in unsafe areas. My partner was nearly hit by a cyclist who had to slam on the brakes. We eventually left the group for a few minutes because we were frustrated with the pace and inability to hear. Honestly, we would have preferred to simply purchase the Churchill War Rooms tickets ourselves. A microphone/headset system would make a huge difference. Overall, not worth the additional tour cost. Tour guide was nice and passionate about history, would love to see her equipped with appropriate equipment to hear her.

My husband and myself did this tour back in April 2026 with my two children ages 13 and 8. We loved it! Our tour guide Paul was amazing. We ended up having a private tour since no one else booked at that time.

Lived the self guided tour of the war rooms. Learned an incredible amount of history I was not aware of . This is a must see when we n London

We enjoyed both the walking tour and the War Rooms. Our guide was extremely knowledgable and communicated well. The War Rooms were fascinating!! We spent 3 hours there. The audio guide helped us catch a "feel" for the War Rooms and what it must have been like during those days. The museum displayed artifacts and information extremely well. In our eyes, this is a "Must See" if you are visiting London!

Nathan was such a great tour guide...full on information, not only about Winston Churchill, but about so many other super-interesting historical topics. Highly recommend!

The guided tour part was okay, but we really didnt see much. Winston Churchill’s War Room was worth it!

Caroline was very informative. I really enjoyed the tour and learned so much about Churchill and history of events. A must do!

Caroline was lovely!! Very knowledgeable about the war and the statues around town. Also the different buildings what they were for. Seeing the Churchill war rooms was interesting as well.
