Does not include skip the line and access to palace is 90 min later than advertised. Rip off!!! Palace itself is spectacular go see it!

The tickets provided were valid Pena Palace and Park entry tickets, with the stated entry time referring to the Park entrance. As explained to you, entry to the palace itself follows the required access procedure, including the walk through the park and the mandatory security check. This is why the palace entry time does not necessarily correspond exactly to the park entry time. You were provided with the tickets and were able to use them for your visit. In addition, a refund was subsequently issued as a gesture of goodwill, despite the tickets having been used. We understand that the experience may not have met your expectations, but describing the service as a “rip off” does not accurately reflect the booking, the tickets provided, or the resolution offered to you.
