1: The tickets were not sent via email or text. I had to reach out to Viator and request the link to the tickets which I received only once I was already on site. Then they were then sent via WhatsApp which was not indicted. The tickets were only sent after I confirmed I was on site for the tour. 2. Bought and paid extra for "skip the line" the property advised there's no such thing. 3. No audio guide provided. I had to purchase on site. Viator sent links to 13 MP3 and a map after the fact. Mind you, this would require you receive cell service in the area. Ha ha ha. Caves, towers, and castle. Poor poor experience. No response, no refund or partial refund offered.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with Viator. Both the app and the form they send you give a clear meetup point. No one was at the meetup point for 40 minutes. I made videos that I was there. We finally ran into the person right at the entrance 45 minutes late. We paid for an audio guide but were not provided one. He said he couldn’t provide one if we didn’t have WhatsApp (my phone was stolen so I had not access to It). Viator was no help. Do not book with this company and be aware that Viator does not help you when things go wrong.
This was a really great visit and experience, I highly recommend it. Our guide Nowroj was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well as very kind. He showed us all the key locations to see inside the property and my family enjoyed all of them.

A very unique place to visit, so rich in History, so worth the trip. I would go back, without a doubt.
Receiving tickets and entering with the employee earlier. Extra paid for guide through the park. Fine!
Great and informative tour . The guide was good fun and very knowledgeable. The palace is fantastic - a must see . We hadn’t realised our price didn’t include the entire tour but were happy to continue.
The guide was very helpful, explaining everything in detail and was also very friendly. The place is full of mysteries, and for a curious person like me, who loves mysteries, it was a wonderful experience

It is an incredibly beautiful place, more beautiful than the palaces this is truly an experience of water from the Holy Mountain
