私の祖母がどのようにパスタを作ったか、そして料理が過去と現在において何を表しているかについての逸話にきっと興味をそそられるでしょう。 そして地元の言語で私たちの伝統音楽を演奏します! 実際のプーリアの生活とイタリアの社会学に浸ります。 心と経験でコミュニケーションをとっていきます。 そして、家に帰ったら、自分でおいしい料理を作るでしょう。そして、私があなたに見せたものの思い出は、貴重なものになるでしょう。 その後の昼食は、全員が皿やフライパンを手に持ち、協力して作ります。 私が提供するワイン、料理、そして一緒に作るパスタはすべて地元産で、ほとんどが私のオーガニックガーデンで採れた新鮮なものばかりです。

What a wonderful experience! It was so much fun to learn how to cook traditional pasta, and our hosts were so friendly. I truly treasure the memories we made. The cats were a wonderful added bonus, and though the weather didn’t cooperate we got to see a little of the chickens too. Overall it felt like a wonderfully relaxing afternoon with good friends, and we got to bring back delicious memories!

The cooking class with Manuela was lovely! She really made ourselves feel at home in her house. We created two types of pasta, Orecchiette and Cavatelli, and she was great at instructing us on how to shape the pasta. We shared a tasty meal and other typical Puglian dishes. Time flew by. We can absolutely recommend this experience!

Staying in Puglia with friends, we wanted a real Italian experience to take the time and discover the local culture but also make beautiful encounters. That's exactly what we found at Manuela's! Manuela speaks perfect French (and loves it!) and it is a pleasure to talk with her. Generous, smiling, caring and happy to share her anecdotes about cooking and her country, she welcomed us with open arms. We talked a lot, laughed a lot too and especially learned to make pasta like pros (or almost 😁). Then we prepare the table while Manuela works in the kitchen with always one of us by her side to ask questions. A real family meal where everyone feels at home. We ate: the Foccacia, the frittata prepared by Manuela, our pasta but also the bread and burrata of Puglia while tasting the local wine too. A happy feast in a charming place in the countryside surrounded by hens and cats. Thank you Manuela for this unique moment!
It was a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, with delicious Mediterranean food. And learning a new skill and meeting new people is always fun
By far the best experience in italy for us. Once you pass the gates it's like you enter her own little world. Beautiful, green, silent and chickens walking around everywhere. Workshop is great. Lots of stories about italy while you making the pasta. Real itailian hospitality and food! By the way: this is a great way to avoid big crowds.
This cooking class was Perfect ! Manuela, the host was super lovely, her English is amazing and has some great stories to tell Would 100% recommend as the food also turned out amazing and Manuela had prepared a few extra dishes for us to try after the pasta, which were also delicious. Manuela also went above and beyond helping us and giving us tips for the rest of our trip, in terms of where to go and what to do. Very helpful! Would love to visit Manuela and her beautiful home again. Thank you for everything!!!
