My stay at ibis Hotel was really pleasant and hassle-free. I was impressed with the cleanliness, modern ambience, and courteous staff. Everything was well-organized, from check-in to check-out, and the service was efficient. The hotel offers a comfortable environment and good hospitality, making it a great option for both business and leisure stays. Would happily visit again!

i was disgusted with gravy it was brown gravy and almost burnt and fries were not cooked enough and the price for 3 of us was almost 80.00 i will not return any time

!5 minutes standing at a queue at the till to order and then another 30 minutes for the cold tasteless soup to arrive. There was 3 of us and intended to have a quick stop. We sent the soup back to be heated up, another 10 minutes. Plenty of staff doing very little. Give here a miss, don`t waste your money and time.

Exceptional hospitality at The Marmara Taksim! My husband and I travel a lot, and we have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but the level of hospitality and genuine kindness we experienced at The Marmara Taksim was truly exceptional. We would especially like to thank Hasan Ürker, the restaurant manager, and his entire team for taking such great care of us. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and always had such a positive attitude. They went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. One of the most memorable moments was when Hasan invited me to try a delicious chocolate made at The Marmara. It was a wonderful spicy chocolate, and I absolutely loved it! When Hasan noticed how much I enjoyed it, he went one step further and surprised us by sending a beautiful box of the chocolates as a gift. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and is something we will remember. My husband and I have traveled extensively, but we can honestly say that we have rarely, if ever, experienced this kind of warm, thoughtful, and sincere hospitality. Thank you, Hasan, for your kindness, generosity, and attention to detail, and thank you to your entire team for making our experience so special. You truly made us feel at home. Total rubbish waste of good money, never again

The hotel offers beautifully maintained facilities, comfortable rooms, excellent food, and a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay both enjoyable and memorable. The warmth and dedication of the staff truly set this hotel apart. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Ing and Ms. Jongrak at the reception. Their warm smiles, kindness, and exceptional hospitality made me feel genuinely welcomed. Delightful visit-I enjoyed the bar and restaurant as well as the lobby's ambiance and the daily lobby treats. My room was my haven of peace after a long intense day.
