We had a great guided tour of the Real Alcázar in Seville. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we learnt so much about the palace and its history. The palace and gardens were absolutely beautiful. A fantastic experience that I'd highly recommend!
Wonderful tour guide. She has a great wealth of knowledge, was patient with our questions and considerate of my disability
If I were to visit again I'd just buy the entry ticket and go it alone. The guided tour felt like a walk around with very little useful information provided.
We regret that your visit wasn't entirely satisfactory. All our clients have a very favorable opinion of our tours, especially regarding the information provided. Thank you for your feedback, and we will continue working to improve. Sincerely.
Really great to go with a tour guide to learn about the history and architecture. Our tour guide was fantastic, really knowledgeable and very personable, tailoring the tour to our questions. Only issue was the heat, glad we went in the morning! Fully recommend this trip
Our guide Ana met us with a smile and we were told she was a brilliant guide by her colleague. They were not exaggerating! We were lucky to be the only ones on the tour so we really were spoilt. Ana told us a perfectly paced narrative about the palace, giving explanations of paintings, craftsman techniques, royal history and even a little gossip too. She made the tour fun and fascinating. It was a very well paced tour which was fantastic. I highly recommend going on this tour, it's worth even penny! Thank you so much Ana, you were a fantastic guide!
Maria was a bit mad but very funny and engaging. We found out a lot about the Real Alcazar that we would not know otherwise. Maria opened up our eyes to the people behind the building. It was just our family of 3 and her and I felt she rushed our time there, giving us little opportunity to enjoy the splendour and take photos. Take time to do so and to walk through the peaceful gardens.
Excellent tour, guide was very informative..jumped the queues plenty of time allowed to look around at leisure after rhe tour. Good value for money
Mercedes our guide to was beautiful. Being an architect who is interested in art history. She had answers to all our questions. The viste was very pleasant to make and redo.
