Wonderful excursion to breathtakingly beautiful spots. Further enhanced by our guide/driver whose knowledge and passion for his island was a joy. Small group in a minibus just ideal.

Eduardo was great! He was fun, had a great sense of humor, was filled with information about the history, flora/fauna, rural life, and brought us to hidden gems that were not on the itinerary. I am in Madeira for 3 months and this was my last tour — And one of the best. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this tour. It was really enjoyable and Bruna our tour guide was full of information on the history and the different landscapes of Maderia. We had an interesting, enjoyable day as a group with Bruna at the helm.

We had a fantastic time on this excursion. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely safe, even on the high mountain roads. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with spectacular views at every turn. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough – it was a truly memorable experience

Unfortunately, weather can impact their experience of this tour. Whilst it was a good tour, our visit to Pico De Arierio was disappointing due to extreme fog. Our guide was good, but due to the French/English combination, I found I missed alot of what he was telling us in English because the French would go on for so long, and we would switch off. The tour itself is a great way to see this island if you are on a limited stay.

The variety of places visited on this tour was really good and the driver/guide pointed out many things that we could have missed on our own. It highlighted the verdant nature of Madeira and in and out of the clouds as we climbed to several high points. I think it would have been better to have a separate driver and guide as the driving was challenging and it was obvious our driver found it difficult to concentrate on driving and provide his commentary. However he did manage it and in two languages too! He was less inclined to answer questions which was a shame. All in all we had a really interesting day full of new experiences.

You will get an allround view of Madeira. Very good driver. Price is ok. Take good shoes and warm clothes with you for when you are at the top of the Arieiro.

Bruno was a super tour guide speaking both French and English to great fluency! Very knowledgeable about the local history customs and flora, on top of that he drove smoothly and was very friendly. Highly recommend

This was a great tour of East Madeira for us. Our guide was amazing, informative and patient. He gave us lots of facts, both in English and Portuguese, while continuing to drive safely. A very enjoyable day.
