A very special and gracious guide for a lovely tour
Kaori met us at our hotel and gave us a wonderful tour of Adachi market and Old Town Shibamata and a beautiful temple and Japanese garden and a delicious lunch. Kaori was so very very sweet and kind. We appreciated her extreme helpfulness and knowledge. She is truly a lovely and gracious person and it was very special to have a tour with her as our guide. Thank you so much Kaori!!

Great experience in Akachi and Shibumata
We had a great experience with our guide Kaori! Hidden treasure original fish market and a very nice walk in Shibumata visiting two beautiful Japanese gardens and an amazing temple!

time we spent with her and by

Wonderful tour with Mutsuko
Friendly, knowledgeable, and full of local charm. Perfect if you’re into food—Adachi Market was a highlight! Shibamata was beautiful too. Totally worth it.

Awesome fish market tour
This tour was one of the highlights of our family trip. Every member of our group of 6 loved the experience. Meg was an amazing tour guide - she was so knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. We really enjoyed the experience of going to Adachi market, starting from learning about the shrine that is there, to meeting some of the vendors and with Meg's help, purchasing some snacks. Shibamata was also amazing. We got to see a very different side of Tokyo, one that was not overrun with tourists. Again, Meg's expansive knowledge about the sights we saw really enhanced our experience. We would definitely recommend this tour, both for the sights we saw as well as our amazing guide!

Hidden gem!
The trip was really good and educational especially if you look for an off-beaten destination in Tokyo. Masayo-san our guide had been the most attentive and she explained about local culture and customs too! It was fun and I made a lot of good memories.

A great walking tour
We had an amazing time with Yumi walking the Adachi market and Shinamata area. This tour was a great way to see a part of the city we would not have seen on our own.

City Tour around Tokyo.

Private English speaking tour to Adachi fish markets then via train to Shibamata to Taishaku temple and surrounds.
Private English-speaking tour with a delightful guide, Mana, to the original Adachi fish markets, where we saw the most enormous tuna and such a variety of seafood, and then by train onto Shibamata where we visited the Taishaku temple - saw magnificent woodcarvings depicting various stories of life centuries ago and then enjoyed a delicious lunch in the village where the TV series of Torah and Sakura were based. So relaxing to have our very knowledgeable guide, Mana to lead us through the various train stations, explain the history and give us a wonderful experience of these parts of Tokyo.
