MoMA was a really enjoyable experience and definitely worth visiting while in New York. The collection is impressive, with a great mix of iconic pieces and more modern exhibits that keep things interesting throughout the museum. The admission felt worth the price, especially considering how much there is to see.
The museum can get pretty crowded, and some areas felt a little harder to enjoy at a relaxed pace, but overall everything was well organized. I’d recommend giving yourself at least a couple of hours and going earlier in the day if you want a quieter experience. A very good visit and one I’d recommend to anyone interested in art.

The wonder of art.
Stunning and exciting, especially the 5th floor. It is definitely worth seeing. The only downside was some trouble with the audio guide in Italian and some paintings were only explained in English. So a bit limited.

Must-see visit
We booked the tickets online from Catalonia and it cost us €21.
Personally I liked it a lot, the visit was short because we basically went to see the most famous works directly. Basically I advise going straight to the 5th floor.

New York
For a trip to New York, the museum is part of the skyscraper and shopping tour.
Floors 4 and 5 are the most visited, very spacious environments.
If you are traveling with kids, buy the ticket from the operators and not from the monitors, take advantage of the discount.

To be visited with the map
We arrived 15min before opening, a ton of people fortunately all waiting on the lobby sofas. 4 access points and people walking back and forth aimlessly. No path, everything is random. Also I thought there would be more modern art instead it was relegated to a small room, just 5 things. The art is beautiful, but the museum, even for the reputation it has, can do much more.
