We did the Kyoto tour with BaBi as our guide. It has been a great day! Babi has been very helpful and knows his way around. Would definitely recommend this tour and BaBi.
We spent a full day with our driver, Adnan, driving us from Osaka, through Nara, Uji, like Biwa and finally into Kyoto. He speaks English fluently and is very knowledgeable regarding Japanese culture and tradition. Highly recommended!
What a great trip!! We were partnered up with Adnan who was thorough with his knowledge and excellence. He shared so much about all the areas, monuments, shrines, temples , buildings. Driving was so easy. We covered so much. He was humble and courteous We would book this tour again when we come back to Japan! Thanks for a great time!
Paid for 10 hours tour for Kyoto, Osaka and Nara, but in the morning when we should start our tour, driver told us that it's impossible to see 3 cities for 10 hours, can do only 2 cities. So we were very disappointed but couldn't cancel our trip, so went to Nara and Osaka only, for the prize of 3 cities. Visited Nara first, then Osaka. Driving back from Osaka used only city streets, no Highways were used, so took pretty long time trip from Osaka back to Kyoto
Great trip to Kyoto for our family of 3. Visited all key areas and had as much or as little time in particular areas. Cherry Blossoms were amazing. Driver was polite and not intrusive and assisted us as needed

Abdullah was great! There was no communication barrier for because his English is excellent. He was punctual and attentive to all our needs. He was very knowledgeable about not only Nara but really all of Japan. I definitely would recommend him. We got his information from TripAdvisor!

Horrible and scam! We paid 550€ for one day Kyoto Iju Nara at Osaka . The driver broke down, 9am no one, Viator offers us another driver for noon, stuck we accept, it only arrives at 1pm, firection Fushimi Inari quickly and leave to arrive in Nara 4:30pm we find ourselves doing only a temple at the pace because the temples close at 5pm from there we will see nothing but the hotel in Osaka. We ask for a refund of the half th day and there against all expectations, he politely sends us to get laid ...... This is the Viator Service. They take their coms and the rest is no longer their problem. I will clarify that this claimant is not a Japanese claimant, otherwise it would not have happened
