Overall great experience for my third time visiting Jamaica. I speak so highly of this place and I love it.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced since I have been coming to Jamaica the past 10 years and I have never had someone be so rude and hang up in my face due to me asking for a manager. She told me no I couldn’t speak to a manager and to call viator. Two people from our travel group had to leave early unexpectedly and I wanted speak with someone regarding accommodation since their round trip was paid for in advance. She over talked me the whole conversation and did not want to listen so that’s when I requested a manager and she refused and hung up.
Hi Jemecia, All you wrote in this review is all lie. You call us and asked us what's your pickup time for tomorrow and we told you 12pm. Then you said to us that 2 persons from the 5 persons is leaving today. We told you that if 2 persons is leaving today you have to pay an additional fee because it's going to be 2 different transfer for 2 different days and you only book one transfer. We even told you that in the future when you are booking you have to book 2 different transfer for your return. All when we are trying to explain to you that you have to book a different transfer for the 2 persons. You keep saying you already pay for 5 persons. But you pay for 5 persons to go home and the same day, same time. But you call us the day before your departure date and told us that 2 persons is leaving today, and when we try to explain to you, you give us know change to explain because you said you don't want to hear anything because you already pay. You said to the person that you need to talk to someone else because it seems like the person have a hearing problem. The person you were talking to did not hang up on you. From Melissa hit Jamaica the phone services sometimes keeps going in and out and we even explain that to you. You said you wanted a full refund. We gave you a refund for you return trip because we already picked you up from the Airport. But we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We try to explain to you but you gave us know change. You just keep on saying that you pay already and you are going to write a bad review. Thank you again for booking with us. We really appreciate it 🙏. One love ❤️
Our driver was amazing. He picked us up early and was kind enough to make a stop on the way and we still made it on time to our flights.

We used this service for two separate transfers during our trip, and overall, it was a great experience. They were very professional and incredibly easy to get in contact with from the moment we landed. Our driver was friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. I will note that for one of our pickups, there was a bit of a wait which was likely due to other scheduled transfers or tours happening at the same time. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but just something to keep in mind if you're on a tight schedule. Despite that, the service was top-notch and we felt well-taken care of. I would definitely use them again.

When I booked my trip, I was informed that my driver will be there to greet me once I landed. So after my flight arrived, and my luggage was picked up, I was directed to the designated pickup location, but my driver was nowhere to be found. I waited for over 30 minutes but no one showed up. Eventually I spoke to some random lady who made a local call to the company. Ten minutes later I was picked up by the driver. For foreign tourists who are new to Jamaica and have no local phone service, this is not ideal. I suggest drivers should be there waiting when we arrive to avoid confusion.
Hi Gary, The driver was at the Airport waiting. He just make a walk to the bathroom, because he was giving you time to come through immigration and Custom. Your flight landed 3:10pm and when the young lady call it was 3:28. So we don't understand how you waited 30 minutes then 10 minutes for the driver to pick you up. You did not go through immigration or custom? As soon as you're flight landed we call you but no answer. We send you a message on WhatsApp and there was no answer. We always keep track of our customers arrival flight, and as soon as the flight landed we will call are send them a message giving them information were to stand once they get outside. But we are very sorry about everything and we hope we can service you better next time. One love.
Everybody was very great and good at communication even though we were struggling with Internet and messaging these so about us picked up and to our hotel seamlessly and offered all kinds of knowledge about the .

Where to begin... Upon arrival we were met by a team of people ready to handle our luggage, hand us drinks and get us checked in as quickly as possible which was a great welcome The resraurants were all fantastic with their own specialty items however Ackee, the buffet, was our favourite due to the "Jamaica" section always offering those authentic island flavours from Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, Stew Brown Chicken, Curry Goat and even trotters (if you like them). The Al A Carte restaurants were relatively easy to book if you did so early in the day to secure a place. The restaurant teams work tirelessly to ensure the food is fresh and the service is fast and friendly. Special mentions to Andrea and Kimone - Early service as well as Santino and Reiko - dinner service as they went the extra mile to provide a memroable experience. I also recieved a very authentic "Happy Birthday" in Ackee with the teams all singing and celebrating my 40th birthday The Jerk hut was delicious. All of the food on offer was fresh and the option of whether you wanted the jerk sauce or not was available for those who do not like spice. There was also freshly carved coconut available everyday which was a nice touch and if you wanted to you could even have the coconut filled with an alcocholic beverage, which leads me nicely to the bar team Not a single empty cup in site howevers if there was, it was filled very quickly with one of a huge selection of drinks! These guys work constantly to provide an excellent service without fail. Special mentions to Michelle, Rodgeroy, Shavon, Akeem, Shantan, Sharon, Fellicia and Allofia... they were nothing but amazing and provided service with a smile. I was set a challenge of drinking 40 shots for my 40th birthday and these guys help me both reach and exceed this this! Many blessings to you all The cleaning team, in our opinion, were second to none. The rooms were immaculate every time they came in and they also left towels in various shapes with local flowers and quotes to brighten up your day (my wife kept these as they made her smile so much) Lifeguards and pool team/towel guys were friendly and always on the go to keep everybody safe and the pool fresh Last, and by no means least, the Entertainment team. Wow.... just, wow! I cannot thank these guys enough as without them the holiday would not have been anywhere near as memorable as it was. Every single one of them were fantastic in their own way however as a team they were unforgettable. Working all day and maintaining those energy levels for the entire duration to put smiles on our faces was beyond what we imagined it would be. The variety of shows were authentic through to comedic and everything inbetween; Hats off to Brittany and her team for choreagraphing those shows however, special mentions must go out to the team on the ground Nahzie/Bubbles - made the effort to ensure my wife and I were always having a good time, constantly checking in and getting us involved in the games. Kept us informed about all of the daily events and even having general conversation about anything and everything. My wife immediately took a liking to Bubbles and her approach to everything and appears to have made a long term friend, likewise for myself and Nahzie. These 2 played a huge part in why we are looking to return to the hotel in the near future! Teddy - the number one host and organiser. None stop trying to keep us all active and even participating in the games - amazing employee and a credit to the hotel Omar - amazing guy. Looked after us when we needed it, partied with us when we needed it and just brought the group together. Had time for everybody and anybody without question Marco - i dont think ive ever seen somebody move like that amd im convinced hes part mechanical! Keep it spicy Brandon - Baby of the group but very keen to learn from his peers and this shows im his approach to hos job. Always dping the rounds checking in on people. I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at RIU Reggae Montego Bay. My family and I were excited to visit Jamaica after the hurricane and intentionally chose this resort to support local tourism while celebrating the New Year. Based on RIU’s reputation, we expected a fun, all-inclusive experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We arrived around 3:00 PM, hungry and ready to enjoy the resort, only to be told the snack bar was the only dining option available. The food selection was unacceptable: stale nacho chips with no cheese, only three hamburger patties for a party of ten, hot dogs without buns, chili, a few half sandwiches, and plain popcorn. This set the tone for the entire stay. The buffet food throughout our visit was bland and flavorless. We could only get a reservation at the “steakhouse” on our last night, and the meal was extremely disappointing. The steak had no seasoning or flavor, and we were told we could not order more than one entrée—surprising for an all-inclusive resort. Since restaurants closed around 10:00 PM, my two young adult children and I went to bed hungry every night. The snack bar was consistently out of basic items like cheese, hamburger patties, or buns. Entertainment was subpar, leaving our group bored. Housekeeping failed to leave washcloths, requiring nightly calls for towels. In my parents’ room, the refrigerator was not restocked on day two, and we were told restocking only happens every other day. We were a group of ten with five rooms, and the overall service did not meet expectations. To make matters worse, a staff member named Keisha from transfers was rude when we asked simple questions. This was the worst resort experience I’ve had and fell far below RIU’s advertised standards. I would not recommend this resort.

I would highly recommend this company for transportation to and from RIU. They are quick to respond, reliable and accommodating when we had to keep changing our pickup time.
