Yolanda shared her expert knowledge of Warsaw and Poland history. She was cheerful and patient to all our questions. We learned so much about how Jews were treated over the centuries in Europe. The Polin Museum is amazing, but her summaries made it interesting without being overwhelmed. One of the best guides we ever had.
We met our guide, Mirjam, at our hotel and spent the next 6 hours with her. It was amazing from start to finish, and we learned so much about the Warsaw ghetto, the ghetto, and the history of the Jewish people in Poland as told through our journey in the POLIN museum. We had many, many questions along the way, and Mirjam answered all of them. She also served as our personal guide throughout our time at the museum, which was around 2 hours. Having her along as we walked through each gallery of the museum was invaluable. I would very highly recommend this tour.

The tour could be very interesting but our guide made it slow and disjointed, which made it difficult to follow and hold interest. Our guide went through the WW II part of history very fast and to the old centuries as slow as a turtle... We would recommend the tour, hopefully you have better guide more interactive and eloquent than ours.
Fantastic experience as this visit under a snowstorm in -6° C. Enough to get in the mood. The guide speaks perfect French. His explanations are very clear, he answers questions even when they go beyond the subject. The visit was supposed to last 3 hours, it lasted 6 hours just for my 2 sons and me, it was perfect!!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend the tour. We were in a group, but wouldn’t have learned much about the Warsaw uprising and the ghetto if we hadn’t done this separate walk.
