Carlos was a fantastic guide. He gave us so much information about this beautiful area & so much history. This was a remarkable tour & we will always remember this because of Carlos!
Marie, our tour guide was informative during the touring and very helpful during the transportation sections of the excursion. Her enthusiasm made the day enjoyable. However, the Jungfrau portion of the tour was oversold. While we had some very good views of the mountain, we did not go on it as we had hoped. This should be made clearer in the excursion description.
