The tour guides , Michelle , Adolfo and the driver Carlos , they’re all amazing , we had so much fun ❤️Visiting Grindelwald, Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen in one day was an amazing experience. Each place had its own unique beauty — from the impressive mountain landscapes of Grindelwald to the charming scenery of Interlaken and the spectacular waterfalls and valley of Lauterbrunnen. The landscapes were simply stunning and gave us some of the most memorable moments of my trip to Switzerland. Absolutely worth visiting!

Had a great and wonderful experience. So beautiful places, breathtaking views, memorable expérience. It was grand and magnifent days. The guide Michelle for Grindalwald, Luterbrunnen and Interlaken city was amazing, so friendly and loving person. We really enjoyed. The next excursion for Mount Titlis led by guide Marianne was amazing expérience. All activities and snow and foggy place and our guide Marianne was amazing too. I loved my séjour and definitely plan another time trip maybe snow to explore rivers, waterfall, Landscape. Yayyyy 🥳🥳💫💯🥰🥰

We had an amazing tour with Angela and Matthew. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Their explanations were engaging and full of interesting local history and cultural insights. they shared local recommendations that we would never have found on our own. The tour was well organized, informative, and fun. I highly recommend both of them to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience.

Entire tour was wonderful with amazing views and sightseeing. Walter, our guide made it even better with his insights and recommendations, especially the pink Chocolate in Interlaken and his recommendation to take the add on First Walk tour which was breathtaking. 5 stars to Walter!!!

Walter guide is very kind and give us all the information we need to enjoy the best tour in these places. He is very charismatic guy.

I took this tour with my family to make the most of our short stay in Zurich, but unfortunately our experience was ruined by the tour guide, Maryam. From the very beginning of the tour, she was unfriendly and unwilling to answer any questions. At the first stop, where the bus parking area was confusing, she yelled at me and my family in front of the other passengers, even though we were not late. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. As tourists, we joined this tour because we wanted guidance and information. If we already knew all the places and how to get around, we wouldn’t have booked a guided tour in the first place. A tour guide should be respectful, patient, and willing to answer guests’ questions. The one star is for our driver, Amin, who was kind, respectful, and professional. His bus was clean, and he drove very safely throughout the trip. If you have enough time, I recommend visiting these places on your own. You’ll have more time to explore, shop, and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Unfortunately, our interaction with the tour guide left us feeling disrespected and disappointed. I sincerely hope the company addresses this issue so that future guests have a much better experience.

Tour is too expensive. We paid $200USD (my husband and I) just to ride in a coach bus to bring us in Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen from Interlaken. We also paid $70 separately to go up in Grindelwald. If we only knew, we should just took the public transportation. On the other hand, Olga (our tour guide) and her trainee assistant were helpful and pleasant.

1- this is not a tour! It's just the bus ride! 2- they arrived 15 mins late and started the tour 30 mins later. That's 45 mins late. 3- there is no designated seats on the bus! We had to move around couple of times because we were mixed with other passengers from another tour! 4- they take you to Grindelwald and let you roam around for 3 hours with no plans! Then they rush you through lauterbrunnen for a walk to waterfall, hike, walk bak all in 1 hour 5- tour lady was nice but tour guy was crabby! 6- save yourself the trouble and do NOT book this. 7- instead, buy train tickets and travel on your own rather than paying €200(2 person) for just a bus ride!
