It was quite incredible. Robert our guide was great. You ride different gondolas and trains. We rode the most scenic train ride in all of Switzerland.

The guide, Olga, was excellent. My only reason for not giving it a 5 is that the whole Jungfraujoch experience was kind of tourist trap-y. But the trip up and back down were spectacular, and I was awestruck at the thought of the engineering behind the challenge of getting all of those tourists to the top of such a steep mountain.

Very long time to get to the final destination.. beautiful! Way too many people on the tour. Very crowded

An unforgettable experience. The route from Interlaken to the train station was spectacular. We were lucky to have a wonderful sunny day and very good temperatures. Dreamy landscapes. The food at the Aletsch Self restaurant was the only thing that disappointed us due to its scarcity and poor quality. Afterward, the ascent from the station to Jungfraujoch was also fabulous, enjoying every meter traveled. Once up there, it was an unforgettable experience, the glacier, the ice palace, the terrace, the viewpoints... an indelible memory.

We had Robert and Roberto and they were fun and knowledgeable in their directions and information. It was my second time but my husbands first time and I’d go again! Surreal, move at your own speed ace once up there and duly commemorative and appreciative of the designers of this amazing experience. Highly recommend and bring a coat!

Excellent experience and great tour, Angela (guide) and Carlos (driver) made the tour a wonderful day, everything was very organized and good accompaniment, it was also personalized for me in Spanish, I will return for more tours later on.

The tour guides were 10-15 minutes late as the double decker bus we were on was coming from Zurich. He then proceeded to lie to my group of 7 by saying he was on time. Later on the bus, he did admit and apologized for being late due to the transportation from Zurich leaving late. We were cramped and closterfobic on the bus as the seating was small as well as the ceiling height was the same because of being a double decker. I'm all for the company making a profit, but it was ridiculous. The views and scenery were amazing. I would look at other tour companies and specifics along with pricing before I booked.

So awesome going up to the Glacier. Loved the cogwheel train and the Gongola to get there. We did an optional Zip line at the top, great! Restaurants rather annoying and overly expensive.
