Overall a nice experience, especially if you are in Copenhagen for a shorter time period!
Overall a nice experience, especially if you are in Copenhagen for a shorter time period! The best part was definitely the boat tour with a lively guide and many beautiful and interesting views. The buses have a great route, however some notes for future goers: download the Red Sightseeing app to find the buses, you have to transfer from one bus to another quite often, the last tour departs around 4PM and the buses are quite full (which is expected I guess).

Unclear
It was not great. Poorly indicated where we were supposed to be for the boat trip and the hop on hop off bus. The guide on the boat was fine. Hop on hop off: we had to change buses very often from one to the other, couldn't stay for long periods. The driver's voice was hard to hear at the top of the bus, so we never knew what was going on either.

Dear guest, Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you found the information for the boat and Hop-On Hop-Off tour unclear. We understand how important clear directions are when visiting a new city. We appreciate you taking the time to share this with us and will pass your comments on to our team. Kind regards

This is how Copenhagen is fun!
Great combination of a city tour by land and by water. The approximately one-hour boat trip provides a good overview of the sights from the water and was accompanied by a great and dedicated guide. The bus tour connects the most important sights on land and offers maximum flexibility. If you interrupt the tour, the next bus came about every 15 to 20 minutes.

A big time waster
Worst hop on hop off bus I’ve ever taken. Had to wait an hour for bus that had room. On a different bus, we boarded the bus. Driver said he had to wait 5 minutes, which was really 10 minutes. During that time another bus passed us. We could have gotten on that one and not had to sit. Again at the next stop we had to wait for 10 minutes for “passengers on the boat” There is a different hop on/off company and had I known how substandard this one was, I would have bought tickets for that one. Really a time wasting experience this was

Overall, good overview of...
Overall, good overview of the city and good way to see it from land and water. Start from the first stop to get good seats, it gets crowded. Very confusing when trying to find the locations of the bus and the boat, because several different tour companies operate in different locations. Get your boat tickets printed at the red bus office at the Nyhavn stop before going on a boat with the Netto tours.
