It is true that we have a stop located very close by, and our team should have been able to clearly indicate the nearest stop from your hotel address instead of denying it. On a more positive note, we are glad to hear that our staff were helpful on the following morning when you needed to get to your cruise ship and assisted you and other guests to get on the right line.
