No professionalism! I was contacted the first time by phone to reschedule my reservation to the next day because of the wind, no problem there.. the next day, even though my reservation was confirmed on the site and via WhatsApp, I went to the meeting point at 12:00 PM, but then everything went wrong; I was told that my reservation had been canceled at 4:00 AM, accompanied by an email at the same time. After almost 45 minutes of walking, the two people on site did not look for any solution, thinking that "we don't know why it was canceled" would be enough! Go back 45 minutes in the other direction without even an apology!
