Had amazing time cooking gnocchi. Francesca was so welcoming and made us feel like pros even though it was our first time cooking. Please send us the pictures!
We’re so happy you enjoyed making gnocchi with Francesca and felt at ease in the kitchen. Making fresh pasta together is all about having fun and discovering Italian traditions, so it’s wonderful to hear you felt like a pro from your very first time!
First experience in a cooking class, absolutely positive. Francesca and Francesco are excellent at explaining the procedure for making gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese. The welcome and kindness of both were fantastic as well.
Thank you very much for your wonderful review of our Hands-On Turin Cooking Class. We're so glad that your first cooking class experience was such a positive one, and that Francesca and Francesco guided you so skillfully and kindly through making gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese. Their warm welcome is exactly what makes cooking in Turin so special. We would love to welcome you back for another lesson, perhaps with chocolate and wine to complete the menu. Warm greetings from the whole team.
An unusual novelty: cooking gnocchi with a nice and skilled couple who clearly explains all the steps to prepare the dish. Castelmagno is amazing!!!
Thank you for your wonderfully genuine review of our Hands-On Turin Cooking Class. We're so glad you enjoyed the unique experience of making gnocchi with such a talented and friendly couple, who explained every step so clearly. And that Castelmagno cheese… simply incredible. We couldn't agree more. It's truly the heart of the dish. We would love to welcome you back for another evening of gnocchi, wine, and chocolate in Turin.
Francesco and Francesca, as well as husband and wife, were excellent hosts who passed on their passion for cooking. In this experience we learned how to prepare their delicious homemade dumplings from scratch. Since it was our first experience we recommend the course to all those who like to spend a morning in the company of extremely kind and sociable people, also reconciling the passion for home recipes. Thank you Francesco and Francesca for the wonderful day! Greetings, Mirko and Francesca. See you soon!
grazie per la vostra recensione . é stato un picare avervi a casa nostra
It was one of unforgettable experiences in Turin, complete with friendly hosts (with their cute dog), easy but delicate gnocchi class and a variety of supporting food in a cozy Turin apartment. Three hours passed so fast! If you look for an authentic Italian adventure, this is the answer, I guarantee. Grazie to Francesco and Francesca and Dino!

I recommend this beautiful experience! Francesca and Francesco welcomed us into their beautiful home with a coffee and welcome cookies. We were followed step by step during the making of the dumplings in a serene and joyful atmosphere. At the end of the cooking class, Francesca and Francesco shared with us an aperitif just before inviting us to their table to consume our super dumplings!
Great experience! In a relaxed, family atmosphere, we were hosted by Francesco and Francesca: a friendly, hospitable, and entertaining couple. For the first time in my life, I tried making gnocchi: it was funny and, incredibly, thanks to their advice, they were delicious!! An experience I highly recommend!
Very friendly moment. An original, funny and friendly experience. And we ate very well!!! Thank you very much. Florence and Jerome
