Great tour Our guide was very informative and showed us around the beautiful town of Montepulciano which we throughly enjoyed

Elisona was as good as a guide could be. She was informed and fun. Highly recommended!! She does tours in Cortona and Siena too. We would definitely use here again if we went there.
Tour company cancelled our tour at the last minute and left us hanging. Not sure I would use Viator again if their providers cannot be counted upon to deliver the services offered.
I'm a private/freelance local guide not a tour company and I cancelled your tour the night before writing you an email and saying that I had family problems and I had to solve them, I wrote you that I was so sorry for this but I couldn't do anything. I know that probably it has been a problem for you and I'm really sorry for that but I couldn't do anything apart cancelling it and giving all your money back.
The guide was pleasant and quite knowledgeable. She related the history Montepulciano to the architecture very well. Well worth the time.
Elisona was really excellent. She made sure the pace of the tour was perfect considering our ages and the uphill climbs. We really appreciated her knowledge of art history, architecture and the history of Montepulciano, and the way she effortlessly blended the 3 to make the tour very interesting and also educational. We were able to explore different areas of town while stopping to talk about architecture, churches, history and more. The wine tasting at the end capped off a great day.
