The parasailing itself was great. Getting to the location is another story. It is a solid 45 minute walk from the cruise ship tender drop off to the farthest point in the marina. A water taxi is not a bad idea if it is hot. Water taxi range from $5-$6 pp plus tips. Everyone wants a tip! You will get charged an additional $5.00 marina fee when you arrive.
The experience is one to remember! Your safety their main concern and I truly appreciate that!! They do have a professional photographer on board, no pressure to purchase.
The ONLY reason for the one star is that the activity was canceled by the Harbor Master! No fault of the activity operator. 5stars to Viator for full refund!

Attentive, fun, great ride and a different way to see the city. It is safe and a good time for family.
Parasailing was lovely, everyone was very professional. However, it was advertised as 90 minutes & start to finish (leaving the dock to returning to the dock) was just over 30 minutes. They took very nice pictures, but then charged $50 for them (Venmo). Happy for the experience, but sincerely felt taken advantage of.

The actual flight time is approximately 10 minutes, whether you fly solo, as a couple, or as a group of three. The advertised total tour duration of approximately 90 minutes refers to the complete experience when the boat has a full group of around 10 participants. During that time, guests take turns enjoying their flights, so the total time on the boat can vary depending on the number of passengers. Naturally, when there are fewer participants, the overall experience is shorter because there are fewer flight turns to complete. Regarding the photos, we completely understand that the price may feel like an additional expense. Our photo packages are offered at a price that is competitive with other operators providing the same type of service in the area. Lots of fun and such a nice and peaceful experience. The guys on the boat were fun and entertaining. Wish it was longer than 10 min in the air for that price but I still recommend it.
Amazing excursion we did while our cruise stopped in Cabo. The check in process was smooth, the boat and parasailing operators were funny and knowledgeable. We felt safe the entire time. Parasailing was so gentle but exhilarating at the same time! Great way to see Cabo from the sky!
