Cristina, the Guide, lovely. Excellent voice and intonation. Very nice. To improve the number of people on the visit. There were many, many of us. Impossible to interact and enjoy the detail. The concept of mass tourism fits perfectly into this guided tour offered by this company. What could be a cultural experience and full enjoyment, as the environment offers, becomes a poor experience of Chinese tourist, cheap and costs. It's not worth anything. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. For half the price you have the official guides of the palace itself, of which I can not assess but it is not very difficult to exceed what this company offers us. I repeat: my negative and poor experience is saved by Cristina, a professional guide who far exceeds the expectations she offers and gives the visit.

We had a wonderful tour of the palace at Aranjuez, Spain. Our guide Gloria was excellent. Just the two of us on the tour that day. Gloria was on time, very knowledgeable and fun to be with.

The visit to the Palace gains a lot from understanding what is seen. Not only aesthetics but knowing who did it, what it was used for, anecdotes... The guide is great, friendly and knowledgeable. Ten.
