Wonderful shore excursion with pick up right from cruise port. Wales is so beautiful! The National park was gorgeous with awesome hiking trails and lots of waterfalls! The castle in Conway was quite extensive and fun to roam around the turrets! The village of Conway was delightful with cute shops and cafes. The town with the really long name was uneventful but a nice shopping stop. Guide had lots of great stories and info on Wales and Beatle music!

North Wales is beautiful. The tour guide was good and had some interesting facts and stories. Those were the good points, now the not so good. Since we were on a cruise ship, the only date available to us for the tour turned out to be a bank holiday, so every stop was extremely crowded. The aqueduct especially was disappointing, because walking along it was risky in a crowd. Also, while I realize the description of the excursion reads bus/mini van, all the pictures and the video attached show a minivan, so I was disappointed from the very beginning that we were on a bus with 40 other people instead of just 12 or 15. This meant extra time was spent in parking the large vehicle and in loading/unloading everyone. Finally, the seats were uncomfortable, making our long day feel even longer. Disappointing.
An amazing excursion. Our guide Shelly was an articulate storyteller and provided the history and myth of Wales. Each stop was unique and very scenic. While it rained a little on our trip, I think it added to the mystical quality of the experience. They met us right at our ship and adjusted the whole day to make sure they got us back to the ship on time.

worst experience with your recomended local operator. it was busy buses I think. the date was Sun Aug 30 from Liverpool cruise terminal. we stopped in Conwy and Snowden. then we drove a long way to a modern town with the longest name in the world that was written on a semi modern train station near a modern gift shop for an hour and driver and guide took us back to liverpool with everybody upset on the bus. was not taken to the famous Pontcysylite Aqueduct or Bets- y- Coed. It was expensively awfull. Everyone on tour needs a refund and an apology. from Johnny and Kathy Sapp
Good excursion to make the most of your time in port. There's a nice variety of stops and our guide Shelly had so much information to share. It's a very informative tour

Covered lots of ground. Welsh countryside was lovely. Our guide Shelly was informative. Would have liked more political history and context within the UK.
