Horrible customer service. This company Your Shore Time sent me a message 6 days before our excursion telling us we would have to cancel our excursion on TripAdvisor due to unforeseen operational reasons. When I shared my disappointment and asked if they had anything else they could provide us with to do that day they sent me a link to THE SAME EXCURSION but on their website! The only thing was it only had 3 slots available, not the 5 we had booked. When I called them out on this and told them to honor our tickets we purchased in JUNE (3 months before the cruise) they ghosted me. Horrible company. Beware.

We had a wonderful experience on this excursion! It was a fantastic way to see so much of the beautiful Welsh countryside in one day. Our guide David, was excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting history and information throughout the day. His stories and explanations really helped paint a picture of what we were seeing and experiencing and made each stop even more meaningful. In Conwy, we didn’t purchase tickets to go inside the castle, but we still thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, walking along the town walls, and taking in the exterior of the castle. It was stunning to experience even without going inside. The smaller towns we visited were charming and gave us a wonderful feel for the local area. The scenery throughout the excursion was beautiful, and we appreciated having the opportunity to see places beyond the typical cruise port stops. Another huge plus was not having to worry about getting back to the cruise ship on time. Everything was well organized, and we felt confident and relaxed throughout the entire day. We highly recommend this excursion, especially if you want to see more of Wales, learn about the history and culture, and enjoy the day without feeling rushed. And if you’re lucky enough to have David as your guide, you’re in for a treat!

Our guide was David - shared a lot of information during the tour. It was a long drive from Liverpool to Wales but it was enjoyable because of the information he shared with us as we passed some iconic areas.

THIS IS NOT A SMALL GROUP TOUR! 42 people on a large coach. We thought this was a small group tour!! We received messages from two different sources on meeting place and who to look for before the excursion. It appears that this tour was grouped with another tour by the operator. This tour was very disappointing. We spent a lot of time on the bus with only two stops. The guide, David, talked about each stop while we were on the bus but we were completely on our own after arriving at the locations. This was more like a shopping eating tour. The first stop was just under an hour and we had 1 1/2 hours at the second stop. Definitely not enough time to explore. Would not recommend this tour unless you want a bus tour.

Wonderful tour! Make sure to climb the castle walls in Conwy! David was a great tour guide. He told us so many fascinating stories. He took time to show us around town and answer questions. Really appreciated his expertise!

This tour was good, however there were a few issues. Our guide (David) was extremely knowledgeable—almost like a history professor. Unfortunately, many people fell asleep while he was describing the looong history of the area and the Wales history. Just like being in a high school history class. Our biggest concern was his lack of concern (and the drivers also) for my friend (and others) as she struggled to get on and off the bus while using her cane. It was a most difficult task for those with canes—neither driver, nor guide ever offered a helping hand to anyone. I know we did not get much time in any one place because of the long drive required to get to Wales. Would have liked to have been in only one place with longer time. Definitely felt rushed.

Terrible company to deal with.

Nice drive to Conwy Castle. Entry into the castle was not included but reasonable price. The castle was amazing. The stop at Betws-y-coed in Wales was lovely.

Vincent was organized, kind and very knowledgeable about the history and people. He made sure we all had his phone number in case we needed to Contact him. The scenery at the national Park was beautiful.

Absolutely fabulous day trip! We were so thrilled to have found this tour. Vincent was a fabulous tour guide and our bus driver Chris was top notch as well. We learned so much about the region and marveled at the natural beauty of Northern Wales. I wish the tour had been longer. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Liverpool area. 10/10.
